Juice fast stall.

I'm taking break from my fast , my grand mother passed and  i just want to disappear. i can think of anything let alone losing weight . or weighing myself or all that. it just seems pointless right now.

Juice fast update day 18

Well i had a good sign that this fast is truly heeling my body. One of the health issues i had was missing menstrual cycle. well once the weight started coming down , it came back. lo and with that being said i sort of fell of the wagon for a few day because when its that time i just want to eat lol. but i didn't do too bad i didn't gain any weight for that week and as a result i'm going to add another week to the end of my fast. So I'm back on the wagon now since its over , hopefully i will be stronger the next time around to just fast on through that as well. I feel great though . My face is still a little oily but I've gotten used to that now . The pain is gone totally now. I just have to control these cravings an i will be set. TTYL
